How does one protect their soul, their mind, their work in 2026. I have heard so many odd terms be used in the news of today. Vibe Coding, Aura farming and Rage Bait. All items that I feel I've been suffering from as I've been looking for my new position after a lot of trauma that has been sent my way for being innocent, good, caring and giving with all that I do. Not one job offer has ever materialized for the work I have done and experience that I have. As though people are laughing at me.
To deal with this I've built a couple of things.
- A brain clock. A unique clock sequence that is generated with a SHA256 shape that is geometrically drawn to my eyes every 1 second. My first version used dots to code it to my brain using the learn pyschology I have read about over the last year or so. https://www.instagram.com/p/DTqT5ihjJ5j/.
It runs on my iPad, iPhone and I've made a desktop version of it that is transparent that can float on top of the windows such that I always see it as I work.

Update 23 Jan 2026: I've updated this and the Daltu graphic to use a private key to create a unique SHA 256bit sum for each representation to ensure that the generated graphic uses a private key stored in the secure conclave. Meaning that it has now become a lava lamp that is unique to the machine it's being ran on and the mind viewing it. Discrete but very hard to generate elsewhere on any other computer.

A new text editor that creates a unique symbolic visualization against the language of choice and typography for creativity, inspiration, innovation and thinking. I called it Daltu from Hebrew root meaning 'door', a prefix meaning "that/which/from". And can remember reading that the first wax boards from Greeks was called a Daltu. Loved that it meant 'door' to knowledge. https://www.instagram.com/p/DTlSb4qjHJp/. I took inspiration from learning early scripture and symbols used from early people 1000s of years ago, greeks, aztecs and even cave paintings from 10k years ago.

MindMantic. A light board generated every second, that is unique to a second using colours that I was inspired to do after seeing the way the computer in Barberella (1968) movie talked to the sexy lead women. https://www.instagram.com/p/DTvLgHdjFO5/. I've been using this as a thinking board, lava lamp, to sit and relfect with a good cup of tea.
https://github.com/kalv/mindmantic, sharing this tool for those that want to use this for free. Just compile it with your Xcode. -
BPM based light. A new candle for the soul. This I actually only built today. It generates a light sequence that flashes on an iPhone based on a BPM that I tap into the phone. I love that I can now use this to detect BPM's of tracks that I mix music to with my Roland S-1 and OP-1 Field.
